Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly:

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you register.
• Event information — event name, date, and type when you create an event.
• Photos — images uploaded by you or your event guests for reel generation.
• Payment information — billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically:

• Device type, browser, and operating system.
• IP address and approximate location.
• Pages visited and features used within the Service.
• Error logs and performance data.

• Generate AI-powered highlight reels from uploaded photos.
• Create and manage your account and events.
• Process payments and send transaction confirmations.
• Send service-related communications (e.g. reel ready notifications).
• Improve the platform, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your photos or generated reels to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Photos uploaded by guests and generated reels are stored in Google Cloud Storage within our secure infrastructure. Storage is temporary and used solely for the purpose of generating and delivering the event reel.

Generated reels are available for download for a limited period after the event. We will notify you before content is scheduled for deletion.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers — third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (e.g. cloud storage, payment processing, AI processing). They are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate privacy protections.

Event guests who upload photos do so through a shared event link provided by the event organiser. Guests are not required to create an account.

Event organisers are responsible for informing their guests about photo collection and use, and for obtaining any necessary consents before sharing event links.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of the Service.

• Account data — retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
• Uploaded photos — retained until the reel is generated and delivered, then deleted within 30 days.
• Generated reels — available for download for 90 days after generation, then permanently deleted.
• Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
