To create and manage events you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Content and Photo Uploads
Event guests may upload photos to participate in reel generation. By uploading content you represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
- The content does not violate any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
- The content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
- You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals featured in the photos.
OviLive reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
5. AI-Generated Content
The highlight reels generated by our AI are based on photos uploaded by guests and event assets provided by organisers. OviLive does not guarantee any specific output quality, style, or inclusion of particular photos.
Generated reels are provided for personal and event use only. You may not use AI-generated content for commercial redistribution without prior written consent from OviLive.
6. Payment and Refunds
Certain features of OviLive require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. OviLive does not store your full payment card details.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Upload photos of minors without explicit parental or guardian consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
8. Intellectual Property
The OviLive platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by OviLive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant OviLive a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use those photos solely for the purpose of generating your event reel. This licence terminates when your content is deleted from our systems.
